Stoel Rives Advises The Willamette Valley Company on Its Sale to Arclin

Stoel Rives advised The Willamette Valley Company LLC on its sale to Arclin. The Willamette Valley Company, an Oregon-based manufacturer and engineering firm, provides custom adhesives, coatings, fillers, and robotic application systems serving the wood products, concrete repair, and rail industries. The sale price was not disclosed.

Led by partner Kevin Burnett, Stoel Rives advised The Willamette Valley Company on all aspects of the transaction, including deal structuring, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and negotiation of the purchase agreement.
