Overview
Laura Phillipp Tucker is a corporate attorney who advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and general business matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and corporate governance. She regularly represents buyers and sellers in domestic M&A transactions, assisting with due diligence, and drafting of acquisition agreements and related ancillary documents. In addition, she supports public company clients on securities law compliance, corporate governance matters, and other ongoing corporate needs.
Previously, Laura was a summer associate with Stoel Rives LLP, a legal intern with Sun Country Airlines, a certified student attorney and student director with the Business Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, and a judicial extern in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. These experiences working with businesses of all sizes affirmed Laura’s interest in corporate law.
