Overview
Sarah F. Alderin is a corporate and M&A attorney who advises clients on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and governance matters. Sarah provides strategic counsel to companies across industries, guiding them through all phases of transactional work—from due diligence and negotiation to drafting principal agreements and managing risk.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Sarah was most recently an associate at a local law firm and before that practiced law in Honolulu, Hawaii.
