Overview
Halley Huntley is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. She enjoys working on transactions that help clients reach their business goals and, among other things, has counseled clients on various corporate governance matters, contract provisions and negotiation strategies.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Halley was corporate counsel, associate corporate counsel, and a law clerk with a multi-entity data analytics organization where she developed a particular appreciation for negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that reflect business objectives. Her keen familiarity with the situations in-house legal departments and company executives face informs her solutions-oriented approach to serving clients today.
In addition to serving Firm clients Halley contributes to several Firm initiatives, including inclusion and pro bono work, and participates on two Firm committees. She also serves as the Governance Chair for the Council for IWU Women, an alumni affinity group of her undergraduate university.
