Minnesota Lawyer Names Eden Fauré and Halley Huntley 2026 ‘Up & Coming Attorneys’

Press Release

Stoel Rives congratulates Minneapolis associates Eden A. Fauré and Halley F. Huntley on their selection among Minnesota Lawyer’s 2026 Up & Coming Attorneys. Fauré, Huntley and their distinguished fellow honorees will be profiled in the magazine’s “Up & Coming Attorneys/Unsung Legal Heroes” issue published on September 14. The 2026 class will be honored during an awards luncheon on September 11, 2026, at Quincy Hall in Minneapolis.

The ‘Up & Coming Attorneys’ award recognizes Minnesota’s next generation of legal leaders: attorneys within their first 10 years of practice who have demonstrated exceptional legal work, leadership, professional accomplishments, and commitment to their clients, firms and communities.

Fauré is an energy regulatory attorney whose work helps utilities and industrial energy users in Minnesota and across the country navigate complex, evolving federal and state energy regulations and manage rates utilities charge businesses and consumers for energy usage. She primarily represents Minnesota’s commercial and industrial energy users in energy rate cases and other regulatory proceedings before the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (MPUC) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), but also regularly represents large public utilities in California and the Pacific Northwest on energy regulatory matters.

Engaged in Minnesota’s energy and legal communities, Fauré is serving a two-year term on the MSBA Energy and Public Utilities Law Section, including serving on the section’s half-day CLE Subcommittee with responsibility for helping to plan The Energy Institute. She also serves on the Young Professionals Committee of MnSEIA (Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association), a nonprofit representing over 130 businesses dedicated to advancing Minnesota ‘s solar energy and energy storage industries.

Huntley is a corporate attorney, primarily representing renewable energy developers, operators, sponsors, investors, and other stakeholders in mergers & acquisitions for renewable energy projects that reduce reliance on fossil fuels nationwide. She also provides general corporate advisory services to clients, supporting in-house corporate counsel teams or working directly with executive management on governance, contract-related matters, and certain compliance and reporting matters.

Active in Minneapolis legal and business communities, Huntley is a member of ACG Minnesota, the local chapter of Association for Corporate Growth, a global organization for  middle market M&A dealmakers and business leaders focused on driving growth. She is also a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers.

Both Fauré and Huntley maintain active pro bono practices: Fauré provides pro bono representations through Volunteer Lawyers Network, which provides free legal representation to Minnesotans experiencing poverty in need of help with civil legal issues. Huntley serves as a pro bono attorney with LegalCORPS, a Minnesota nonprofit legal services provider of free legal representation in non-litigation business law matters to low-income owners of small businesses and non-profit organizations in Minnesota. Huntley also provides bono counsel to budding entrepreneurs through her supervision of students in the University of Minnesota Business Law Clinic and won Stoel Rives’ 2025 ‘Andrew Guy Pro Bono Award’ for her work at the Business Law Clinic.
