Robert Sarkisian has spent his legal career counseling businesses on compliance with labor and employment law, as well as defending employers in both state and federal court.

During law school, Robert was a judicial extern for the United States Eastern District Court of California, Bankruptcy Court.

  • Successfully opposed a Motion for Summary Judgment in California superior court on behalf of a landlord in an access discrimination case where the Plaintiff sought over $1 million in damages.
  • Represents employers in all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court.
  • Counsels businesses on compliance with applicable labor and employment laws, including handling COVID-19 in the workplace.
  • Advises employers on decisions relating to employment law, including hiring, termination, and the interactive process.
