About Jenny

Jenny Palmer is a litigator in Stoel Rives’ Boise office. With a focus on employment law, Jenny regularly defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. She also maintains a general commercial litigation practice, helping clients navigate various business disputes, including breach of contract and fraud claims.

Jenny represents employers of all sizes and across various industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and retail. She is an experienced litigator in state and federal court, having defended her clients in multiple bench and jury trials and on appeal. She also represents employers facing charges of discrimination before administrative agencies, counseling them through all stages of the process. Her comprehensive expertise extends to conducting internal investigations for companies and boards. Practical and strategic, Jenny offers her clients straightforward, usable guidance to navigate any employment-related concerns that may arise.

In addition to her employment and civil defense practice, Jenny represents guardians ad litem in child protection cases in the Idaho State Court. She also serves on the board of directors of LED, a nonprofit organization creating innovative and accessible artistic experiences in Boise.
