About Jenny

Jenny Palmer is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group who advises clients on a variety of complex business litigation matters in federal and state court. She regularly represents companies in commercial contract disputes, business torts, and investigations. She also represents companies in employment matters, including those related to claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation, both in court and before administrative agencies. Jenny has represented her clients in mediations and arbitrations, as well as in appeals before the Ninth Circuit, Idaho Supreme Court, and the California Supreme Court.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Jenny was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Prior to law school, she worked as a research analyst for expert economists in litigation.
