Stoel Rives Represents Veeva Systems in Its Acquisition of Ostro

Stoel Rives is pleased to represent Veeva Systems in its acquisition of Ostro, the leading brand engagement platform for life sciences that gives patients and doctors immediate, compliant answers through an easy-to-use AI-driven chat experience. The approximately $100 million transaction was comprised of cash and long-term equity retention grants.

The Stoel Rives team was led by Meaghan Nelson, co‑lead of Stoel Rives’ Technology Industry Group and a member of the firm’s M&A team, and included Nick Gourley, Caleb Calhoun, David Brandon, Jackie Schimert, Brad Buchanan, Jenny Palmer, Sheila Clark, Elena Miller, John Pavolotsky, and Susan Kimble.
