His practice encompasses business disputes, and alcoholic beverage matters. He has also defended clients in labor & employment matters related to wrongful termination, misclassification, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Corey was an associate with Murphy Campbell Alliston & Quinn (2017-2019) and an employment litigation associate with Porter Scott (2016-2017).

  • Summary judgment granted in trespasser fatality case on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad, Soto v. Union Pacific, Los Angeles County Superior Court (2018).
  • Motion to seal track imaging recorder video granted, Soto v. Union Pacific, Los Angeles County Superior Court (2018).
  • Motion to compel Plaintiff’s deposition with sanctions granted, Buckelew v. Union Pacific, Placer County Superior Court (2018).
  • Motion to compel Plaintiff’s deposition and discovery granted, McMillan v. Union Pacific, Los Angeles County Superior Court (2018).
