Corey Day is an attorney in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. He has represented public entities and private clients in federal and state court. His practice encompasses business disputes, and alcoholic beverage matters. He has also defended clients in labor & employment matters related to wrongful termination, misclassification, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Corey was an associate with Murphy Campbell Alliston & Quinn (2017–2019) and an employment litigation associate with Porter Scott (2016–2017).

  • Summary judgment granted in Federal Employer’s Liability Act case on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad, Buckelew v. Union Pacific, Placer County Superior Court (2018).
  • Summary judgment granted in trespasser fatality case on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad, Soto v. Union Pacific, Los Angeles County Superior Court (2018).
