Overview

Bradley Buchanan is a corporate attorney with experience drafting various agreements, including asset purchase agreements and corporate resolutions, and reviewing and analyzing several types of legal documents. He has conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on complex corporate matters.

Bradley was a summer associate with Stoel Rives in 2024 and while attending law school was legal extern with Skagit Legal Aid. Bradley is a certified public accountant who was a partner and staff accountant with an accounting firm in Kentucky.
