Overview
Meagan is an associate in the project finance group, working on financing and construction of distributed generation solar portfolios and utility-scale solar projects across the country. Meagan regularly advises clients on securing construction and term loan debt, tax equity investments, and tax credit purchase arrangements. While her work primarily focuses on sponsor-side representation, Meagan also regularly advises lenders in debt and tax equity transactions. In addition to her project finance work, Meagan represents both sellers and buyers in project-based acquisitions of development-stage and operating projects.

Experience
- Represented Adapture Renewables in securing $321 million in debt financing for development of the 441 MW Titanium portfolio of solar projects in Arkansas and Illinois.
- Represented Pivot Energy in closing a $450 million debt warehouse facility which will support the construction of 300 MWdc of distributed generation located across California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, and Virginia.
- Represented Arevon Energy in securing financing for its Vikings solar-plus-storage project in Imperial County, California. The deal comprises a senior secured construction, bridge, and term debt facility and was named Renewables Deal of the Year by IJGlobal.
- Represented Dimension Energy, LLC, on closing a $237 million financing that will be used for the construction of a 120 MWdc distributed generation portfolio of projects located in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and California.
