Overview
Jacob Goldberg is a litigator based in Stoel Rives’ Portland office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, and he routinely represents clients in securities, real property, trade secret, class action, corporate governance, mergers and acquisition, privacy, and product liability matters. Jacob appears in state and federal courts and advises clients throughout the litigation process from intake to trial. Jacob represents clients across a wide range of industries including real estate, technology, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing. He advises companies of all sizes, from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies. Jacob’s cross-sector experience enables him to deliver tailored business solutions aligned with each client’s objectives and industry-specific challenges.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Jacob served as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan P. Graber of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
