Overview

Jacob Goldberg is a litigator based in the Portland office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, including securities litigation, contract disputes, complex business litigation, competition matters, trade secret misappropriation, class action litigation, internal business disputes, real property disputes, and data breach litigation. Jacob also advises clients on privacy-related matters, especially with regard to regulations governing biometric information.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Jacob served as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan P. Graber of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
