Caroline A. Sung

Caroline Sung is an associate in the project finance group, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, and the development and financing of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. Caroline has experience representing clients in transactions involving utility-scale solar projects, wind farms and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects. She works closely with clients from transaction structuring and due diligence through negotiation, closing, and post-closing integration. In her free time, she enjoys baking sourdough bread and taking her dog, Mila, to the dog park.
