- Spine Institute of Idaho v. Ataraxis, Inc., et al.– Represented the Spine Institute of Idaho in a breach of contract and fraud dispute against its long-time professional employer organization, securing an approximately $6.5 million jury verdict after a two-week trial.
- Represented clients defrauded by business partners, vendors, and third parties in complex commercial schemes
- Successfully filed and argued pretrial motions for punitive damages in cases involving fraud and egregious misconduct
