Overview
Michael Rubin has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including corporate derivative actions, RICO suits, securities fraud, contract disputes, employment law, trade secrets, legal malpractice, antitrust, and speech-related matters. He also has experience in bankruptcy matters.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Michael practiced law in New York City.
