Overview

Maya Ward practices in Stoel Rives’s Corporate group. Maya has experience drafting formation agreements and conducting virtual document reviews. She has drafted a variety of other legal documents, including motions to dismiss, motions for judgment on the pleadings, and motions for default judgment.

While attending law school, Maya was a summer associate with Stoel Rives. She was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeff Armistead of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, a judicial extern with the Lane County Circuit Court, and a law clerk in the U.S. Senate.
