Overview
Kasey Lundberg practices in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group, where she represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and corporate governance matters. She has experience with complex timber transactions and domestic corporate governance. Kasey’s practice includes a focus on acquisitions and dispositions in the agriculture and timber industries.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Kasey was a judicial assistant to the Honorable Judge Michael Loy, and a program manager with the Multnomah County Circuit Court’s Judicial Settlement Conference program.

- Represented domestic grain cooperative in strategic merger with another regional grain cooperative.
- Represented timberland investment management organization (TIMO) in the disposition of timberlands and other assets in Georgia, Mississippi, Washington, Alabama, South Carolina.
- Represented TIMO in simultaneous disposition of timberlands in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Mississippi and acquisition of timberlands in South Carolina totaling over 130,000 acres in the aggregate.
- Represented private timberlands company in the sale of over 4,200 acres of timberlands in Oregon.
- Represented private equity firm focused on investments in the natural resources sectors of agriculture, food, metals, and mining in establishing a secured credit facility for a California-based producer of beverage ingredients and components in connection with its acquisition by an Illinois-based private equity firm.
