Overview

Dana Krawczuk is a partner in Stoel Rives’ Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources group who focuses her practice on representing residential, commercial, and industrial clients in all phases of land use entitlement processes, including annexation, zoning, and comprehensive plan amendments, master plans, infrastructure planning and financing, development agreements, tentative and final plat approvals for land divisions, systems development charge credit applications, design review, floor area ratio conveyances, site plan review, nonconforming use expansions, enforcement proceedings, urban growth boundary expansions, and appeals to the Land Use Board of Appeals, Oregon Court of Appeals, and Oregon Supreme Court.

Dana has represented clients in a number of high-profile land use and annexation cases that have helped shape the law of the region. In addition to her comprehensive land use law experience, she provides her clients with high-quality work and solution-oriented results. Dana is known for excellent client service and is well-liked by her clients, who include some of the most active multi-family, office, retail, and industrial developers in the Portland Metro area.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Dana was senior counsel, partner, and associate for several prominent law firms.
