My name is Monica Browner and I’m an attorney here at Stoel Rives. I’ve been practicing law for about six years now, and I focus on site contamination work, hazardous materials regulations, and air quality.

So I came to Stoel Rives with a group of attorneys that I worked with at a different firm here in Sacramento. And what really drew me to Stoel Rives in particular was its strong reputation in environmental law and the fact that the firm works throughout the country and has offices in different states.

Since I’ve started working here, I’ve really enjoyed the work I’ve been given, and in particular I really like the attorneys that I’m working with. The partners in particular that I’m working with, I don’t feel that kind of relationship where I’m working for a partner, but rather that I’m working with a partner in collaboration to solve problems for our clients together. And I know that that’s not an experience that many other attorneys have at other firms, so I’m really grateful that I have that experience here at Stoel Rives.
