My name is Veronica Keithley. I am a partner in the Seattle office. I work with industrial operations, so a variety of different industries including oil and gas, mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, and public ports.

I was an environmental consultant before becoming an attorney. I understand the requirements of large projects trying to move forward on time, on budget, with a significantly and complex permitting scheme and regulatory approach to the project. I try to bring that experience from having been the boots on the ground, moving a project forward to the legal advice that I give to make sure that we are providing practical implementable advice that gives credence to the fact that this is a portion of what a business does, it is not the focus of their business.
