My name is Jennifer Spaith. I am a partner in Stoel Rives’ Technology and Intellectual Property Group. My practice is mostly patent prosecution which means we prepare patent applications for clients. We ensure those patent applications are well-drafted so the patent assets can be used to justify value during corporate transactions or prepare the company for litigation.
