Stoel, and I can only speak about Stoel as Maren Norton in the Seattle office of Stoel, but I would say we are committed as a firm to making sure that everybody comes up, and everybody's given the opportunities that they need, that everyone can find successes. And sometimes that means that we are doing things a little outside the box. Sometimes that means we're throwing opportunities at people that maybe they're not quite sure are ready, but we believe in them and think they are ready. And other times it means enlisting additional resources or whatever the case may be.
So we have formal programs. We have our coaching and mentoring program that is run by an incredible partner here in Seattle and firm-wide by a partner in another office who spend countless hours figuring out how best to match people and find people the resources they need to best help them survive in the law firm environment, but also better their legal practice and better serve their clients.
The other piece, that's the formal program, but then the other piece of that is are we as a community really looking at opportunities within the office and the firm as a whole to train, to find opportunities to be creative. So that means a lot of cross-office coordination. That means a lot of communications among practice group leaders, and office managing partners, and the firm's executive committee, and our recruiting team, and all the different teams in the firm making sure that we're really working together so that everybody has what they need and that nobody's falling through the cracks.
