Portland Art Museum Completes Development and Construction of $116 million Renovation and Expansion Project
Stoel Rives represented the Portland Art Museum (PAM) in completing the development and construction of its $116 million campus renovation and expansion project. This project has transformed the museum, creating nearly 100,000 additional square feet of exhibit and public space. The project includes new amenities, upgraded facilities, and improved accessibility.
The PAM upgrade is one of the largest capital investments in the arts in Oregon’s history and provides a vibrant new cultural gathering space in the heart of downtown Portland.
A Stoel Rives construction and real estate team including attorneys Eric Grasberger, Steve Moore, and Sean Gay assisted PAM with financing for the pavilion, drafting and negotiating the construction contracts for the new building and public spaces, and resolving change orders and related issues during construction.
