Steve Moore concentrates his practice in real estate law with an emphasis on buying, selling, exchanging, and leasing real estate, including retail, industrial, office, hotel, apartment, restaurant, and vineyard properties. He also has extensive experience in real estate development, real estate finance, and title matters. He represents owners, developers, sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants of commercial real estate as well as borrowers and lenders in loans secured by commercial real estate. Steve also assists companies with economic development opportunities in new markets.
