Stoel Rives is pleased to have represented Copia Power in closing a $300 million corporate credit facility that the company will use to support the ongoing growth and execution of its solar and storage development portfolio.

Copia Power is an energy transition company committed to accelerating decarbonization in all areas of the U.S. economy by developing and constructing large-scale infrastructure assets. With the backing of Carlyle, one of the world’s largest global investment firms, Copia Power is developing more than 17 GW of solar and energy storage projects in the U.S.
