Economic recovery, high demand, and volatility in the equity markets continue to drive domestic and international capital into U.S. real estate assets. Strong capital influx provides new opportunities and creates fast-paced financing activities that require deep industry understanding and legal expertise.

Stoel Rives’ Real Estate Finance attorneys offer broad national experience representing various lenders and borrowers across the spectrum of asset types.

Our clients include a wide range of regional and national lending institutions, such as banks, insurance companies, and credit unions, as well as private equity and investment funds, finance companies, REITs, pension funds, and other commercial lenders. We also represent owners and developers—nonprofit, for-profit, public, and tribal—seeking to finance either new or redevelopment projects or adjust operational assets to meet their ongoing business needs.
