Overview
Tanya Huertas-Langevin is an Of Counsel attorney in Stoel Rives’ Technology & Intellectual Property group. Tanya has extensive experience advising clients across industries on AI governance and compliance; structuring and negotiating complex technology and intellectual property transactions, including software and technology licensing, SaaS, cloud services; joint development and collaboration agreements; and sales and marketing agreements. Tanya also advises clients on domestic and international data privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, and sector-specific regulations, with a focus on data-sharing agreements; data protection agreements; data privacy impact assessments; transfer impact assessments; privacy-by-design; and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
Tanya is known for a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach that supports business objectives while managing legal and operational risk.
Before joining Stoel, Tanya worked at Intel Corporation, where she supported numerous business units before retiring as Associate Legal Director, Platform Security & Content Protection Division.

- Advise clients on AI compliance programs, including data licensing agreements and data management.
- Advise clients on data privacy, privacy impact assessments, data subject access requests and development of privacy policies and notices; draft and negotiate data protection agreements.
- Provide technology, intellectual property, privacy, AI and other support for corporate transactions.
