Overview
Seth Jaksha practices in Stoel Rives’ Real Estate group. Seth drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, and loan documents to secure collateral for lenders and borrowers. He reviews and analyzes title commitments to determine if exceptions affect subject property and conducts thorough due diligence to authenticate borrowers’ documentation, delivering comprehensive legal analyses to lenders.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Seth was an attorney with a northwest U.S. regional law firm. While attending law school, he was a spring associate with Boender & Payment Attorneys, a summer associate with Harrington Legal, LLC, and a summer associate with Jonak Law Group, P.C., all in Eugene, Oregon.
