Overview
Priyanka focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret, and related commercial matters. She counsels clients in the consumer products, e-commerce, technology, and entertainment industries, guiding them through all phases of dispute resolution, including investigations, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and enforcement.
Her experience includes litigation in federal district courts and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She assists clients with developing case strategy, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, conducting investigations, and resolving disputes.
Before joining private practice, Priyanka served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Todd W. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, where she supported a broad range of civil matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, she spent more than a decade as a paralegal handling intellectual property and complex litigation matters, building substantial experience in trademark, copyright, and commercial disputes.
