Overview

Bradley Prowant is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation Group. Bradley represents an array of clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and appellate advocacy in state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Bradley’s practice covers a broad range of industries including energy, food and beverage, medical devices, real estate, and technology. In particular, Bradley has extensive experience representing sophisticated business clients facing claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, fraud, and tortious interference. Additionally, Bradley has capacious commercial litigation experience with product liability and insurance disputes. Bradley is also developing a practice in the beverage industry and looks forward to providing sensible counsel for future clients facing tied-house, trade practice, advertising, sponsorship, or other industry related issues.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Bradley worked as an attorney for a litigation boutique in Saint Paul, Minnesota and as a judicial law clerk in the Second Judicial District of Minnesota.

  • Representation of owner of commercial enterprise in dispute with local regulators over use and operation of property.
  • Defended an international medical device company from claims of defective design, defective manufacturing, and failure to warn.
  • Assisted with insurance recovery efforts after client’s business suffered a total loss that exceeded amounts insurer was willing to cover.
  • Representation of prominent estate in dispute and appeal alleging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty by former agents and attorneys.
  • Representation of franchisee in breach of contract dispute challenging commercial reasonableness of franchise agreement.
  • Representation of limited liability company and one of its members in dispute with another member involving claims of breach of contract, defamation, and tortious interference.
