Overview

Molly Hooks practices in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. She has experience drafting motions and briefs and conducting legal research on litigation issues.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Molly was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Danielle J. Forrest of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While attending law school, she was a summer associate with Stoel Rives, a Bowerman Fellow at the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center, a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael J. McShane of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and a legal intern with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division.
