About Kelly

Kelly Beskin is a staff attorney in Stoel Rives’ Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources group.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Kelly was a judicial extern to the Honorable Dennis M. Cota of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California (2019) and a legal intern at the California Energy Commission, Chief Counsel’s Office (2021).

Prior to law school, Kelly obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in entomology. Her background includes an internship with the collections department of the San Diego Natural History Museum between her undergraduate and graduate studies. Kelly leverages her background in science to provide effective solutions to complex client issues.
