About Heidi
Heidi Wilder is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry. She works in the Litigation/Trial Group in Stoel’s Seattle office where her practice focuses on complex business, contract, class action, environmental, telecommunications, construction defect, products liability, and toxic torts disputes and litigation. Her responsibilities include case management; communications with clients, experts, and counsel; document review, analysis, and management; legal research; discovery and deposition preparation; advanced electronic and technical project management regarding electronically stored information or ESI; drafting of discovery requests and responses, summary judgment and other pretrial pleadings; general preparation for and participation in mediations, arbitrations and trials; and appellate work in various state and federal jurisdictions.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Heidi was a legal secretary in the trial group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP (2001–2003) and before that worked at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she was a litigation secretary in the Civil Division and later a paralegal in its Natural Resources Division and provided legal support for the Criminal Division (1991–2000).
