Kelly Beskin is an attorney in Stoel Rives’ Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources group, with a focus on environmental and natural resources-related litigation and regulatory compliance counseling. She advises and advocates for clients across multiple industries, including natural resource production, commercial development, and manufacturing.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Kelly was a judicial extern to the Honorable Dennis M. Cota of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and a legal intern at the California Energy Commission, Chief Counsel’s Office.
