Overview
Austin Zuck focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling, representing clients in complex disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has led high-stakes cases from inception through trial across multiple forums, including U.S. district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the International Trade Commission (ITC), and arbitration. In addition to his litigation work, Austin advises clients on patent portfolio development and prosecution, licensing, and contract negotiation, drawing on his mechanical engineering background to provide practical and technically grounded counsel.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Austin practiced with an international law firm, where he represented clients across a broad range of technologies, including Class III implantable medical devices, manufacturing systems, software, cloud computing, networking technologies, semiconductor design, and consumer products.
