Overview

Arianah Musser practices in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. Arianah has experience in complex commercial disputes spanning mediation, arbitration, and trial, and has represented clients and insurance carriers across a range of matters including toxic tort, construction, aviation, and professional liability (medical, legal, and dental malpractice), as well as general liability claims.

She maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients on U-Visa applications, including Spanish translation, and assisted the Family Violence Appellate Project with case assessments and mock appellate oral arguments.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Arianah was an associate with a pre-eminent defense litigation law firm and with a Seattle-area law firm. During and immediately after law school, she was a judicial law clerk to Judge James Verellen of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I, and a judicial extern to Judge Lisa Worswick of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II.
