Andy focuses his practice on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, emphasizing the representation of multiple listing services and real estate brokerages, as well as buyers, sellers, investors, and developers of real property. He also represents real estate innovators and technology-enabled real estate companies, both in the Pacific Northwest and nationally.
Andy is counsel to the Commercial Brokers Association (the largest commercial multiple listing service in the country) and represents numerous commercial and residential brokerages. He is the principal author of the most commonly used commercial real estate transaction forms in Washington.
