Stoel Rives to Relocate Seattle Office

SEATTLE, Wash.—Stoel Rives LLP has announced it will relocate its Seattle office to the central business district in summer 2026, leasing 55,000 square feet in Tower 1201, located at 1201 Third Avenue. More than 150 lawyers and staff will occupy upper floors in the LEED Gold and Fitwel certified building.

In the new building, Stoel Rives will enjoy enhanced and flexible conference and event space, on-site wellness and wellbeing facilities, and expansive views. Located directly above University Street station and offering bicycle storage, EV charging, and Zipcars, the location supports the firm’s commitment to mass transit and other alternative commuter options.

The architects and design team for the commercial fit-out are ZGF Architects, longstanding partners in Stoel Rives’ built environment. The firm’s commercial real estate brokers are Cushman Wakefield and CBRE.
