Stoel Rives’ Portland Park Avenue West Office Awarded Prestigious LEED Green Building Certification
PORTLAND, Ore. — Stoel Rives LLP, a member of the Am Law 200 and Oregon’s largest and market-leading corporate law firm, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded LEED® Platinum Certification. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the foremost program for buildings, homes and communities that are designed, constructed, maintained and operated for improved environmental and human health performance.
Stoel Rives’ Portland office is committed to the future success of Oregon’s economy. The largest of its firm’s offices, Stoel Rives Portland chose to work predominately with local companies on the design, construction and sourcing for its new Park Avenue West office space. The office achieved LEED Platinum Certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. ZGF Architects, a longtime client of the firm, provided architecture and design services for the space.
