Portland Business Journal Ranks Stoel Rives Among Most Philanthropic Companies in Oregon and S.W. Washington

PORTLAND, Ore. – Stoel Rives is pleased to announce that the Portland Business Journal has ranked the firm among the most generous corporate philanthropists in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

With 298 local attorneys and staff donating more than 3,900 pro bono or volunteer hours in 2017, Stoel Rives ranked among the top 35 philanthropic companies in the region amongst enterprise companies with more than $100 million in revenue. In 2017, Stoel Rives donated $1.56 million worth of in-kind donations and nearly $250,000 in cash to local nonprofits. Organizations that benefited from the firm’s philanthropic efforts included the Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice, Portland Center Stage, and First Growth Children and Family Charities.
