Kirsten Worley Selected to Daily Journal’s 2026 “Top Real Estate and Development Lawyers”

SAN DIEGO, Calif.— Stoel Rives partner Kirsten Worley has been recognized on Daily Journal’s 2026 “Top Real Estate and Development Lawyers,” list, which recognizes attorneys contributing to California’s commercial development.

A partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Construction practice, Worley is a leading construction attorney with more than 20 years of experience. She has a comprehensive practice that includes resolving public- and private-sector construction-related disputes through mediation, arbitration or litigation, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, and advising on construction and real estate transactional matters, representing owners, developers, investors, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and lenders.

Worley is also a leader and influential member of organizations that shape real estate and construction law in California and nationally, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law, California Lawyers Association’s Real Property Law Section, San Diego County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section, and the San Diego chapters of CREDA and CREW.  Worley is also the Co-Forum Leader of the San Diego UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.

Highly respected for her considerable construction law experience, Worley was inducted as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America in 2026.
