Jessica Bayles Named 2026 D.C. Rising Star by The National Law Journal

The National Law Journal selected Stoel Rives partner Jessica Bayles among 2026 D.C. Legal Awards winners in the category of D.C. Rising Stars (Energy).

The D.C. Rising Stars awards recognize the Washington, D.C., region’s 40 most promising lawyers age 40 and under who have wielded influence in their practice areas in the D.C. area and beyond.

Jessica leads Stoel Rives’s federal energy regulatory practice in Washington, D.C. She provides federal energy regulatory counsel and transaction support to renewable energy clients worldwide, enabling the successful development, financing, acquisition, and sale of renewable and alternative energy projects nationwide.

Dedicated to pro bono service since law school, Jessica has represented asylum seekers fleeing political, religious, gender, and disability-based persecution for over a decade.

The D.C. Legal Awards honorees and finalists will be celebrated at an awards dinner in Washington, D.C., on October 20, 2026.
