Bryan L. Hawkins Named to Daily Journal’s 2022 ‘Top Labor & Employment Lawyers’

SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that partner Bryan L. Hawkins has been named to the Daily Journal’s “Top Labor & Employment Lawyers” for 2022. The annual list recognizes select California attorneys who have made significant contributions to their field of practice.

Hawkins is a litigator who practices in Stoel Rives’ Labor and Employment group, where he represents employers in employment-related litigation in court and before various administrative agencies. His practice also involves counseling employers on employment-related issues, including handbooks and policies, and on labor issues, such as advising employers on how to effectively respond to union organizing campaigns, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and manage the employer/union relationship. Hawkins received his law degree from the University of California, Davis.

In 2022, Hawkins was named to The Best Lawyers in America^® in Labor Law – Management and Litigation – Labor and Employment. He is the current president of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
