Our real estate group at Stoel is really special because of our size. We have a huge presence in Seattle and Portland and other markets in California and Boise, and we work on projects across the United States. I find it particularly valuable that I can walk down the hallway and speak with my partners who have 30 plus years of experience and brainstorm ideas with them. It is also so much more valuable to our clients that we have a large group of partners that are working on different transactions and can share with each other trends that we are seeing, give that insight to our clients, and help it inform the deals that they are entering.
