- C. Andrew Gibson, Portland, Oregon. Gibson serves clients in real estate, construction, and design assisting with construction projects, negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Laurie W. Huotari, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Huotari practices corporate law representing clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, company reorganizations, private equity financing, corporate governance, commercial transactions and joint venture and strategic alliances.
- John S. Laney, Seattle, Washington. Laney focuses his practice in corporate law. He represents clients in corporate governance matters; mergers and acquisitions; and corporate, securities and financing transactions, with an emphasis on the development, structuring, financing and acquisition of renewable energy projects.
- Rachel C. Lee, Portland, Oregon. Lee is a business litigator with a focus on appellate, False Claims Act, and complex civil litigation matters.
- Kirk B. Maag, Portland, Oregon. Maag focuses on natural resources and environmental law advising clients in natural resource industries, including water suppliers, forest products companies, agribusinesses and manufacturers.
