Oregon Paid Family Medical Leave - Are You Prepared?

Paid Family Medical Leave takes effect in Oregon soon. The new program, which will be funded by employer contributions and employee payroll deductions starting January 1, 2023, provides paid leave for eligible employees starting in September 2023.
