Wright Runstad & Company Secures Leasing Agreements with Equinox and PCC Community Markets in 58-Story RSQ Tower in Downtown Seattle
Stoel Rives congratulates client Wright Runstad & Company on securing new agreements with tenants Equinox and PCC Community Markets in the 58-story RSQ Tower in downtown Seattle. Equinox, an upscale fitness center, will occupy nearly 50,000 square feet across multiple floors and will feature a variety of exercise areas, spa facilities, and a cafe. The addition of Equinox is a testament to the tower’s commitment to luxury on-site amenities.
PCC will be returning to the location it held in the RSQ tower during the pandemic but with a smaller concept store that will occupy 6,500 square feet. The market will offer hot and prepared food and lunch items and a selection of grocery and pantry items catering to downtown Seattle workers and residents. PCC also plans to move its corporate headquarters to the space in 2025.
Last year, Wright Runstad & Company secured the fast-growing upscale Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chao in the RSQ Tower. Now open, the downtown location includes a restaurant and bar and will add a 5,000-square-foot rooftop lounge next year.
Stoel Rives attorneys Emily Kelly and Mike Kuntz drafted and negotiated the Equinox and PCC lease agreements for Wright Runstad & Company.
