Tamara L. Boeck


Experience

Tamara Boeck represents clients in the areas of construction law and litigation, and provides risk management advice relating to construction development projects from concept through dispute, including responding to the "Right to Repair" statutes. In addition to counseling her clients on ways to avoid protracted litigation, she handles numerous matters through litigation, including those encompassing toxic tort, product liability and catastrophic injuries. Tami's clients include developers, owners, contractors, and major subcontractors involved in developing projects and negotiating contracts, as well as in disputes arising out of the construction process, such as contract disputes, construction defect and workmanship claims, and mechanic's lien actions. She also has experience in tracking and conveying the legal ramifications on the impact and implications of changes in California and Nevada waste and green requirements.

Previously, Tami was a Shareholder for 8 years and recently Of Counsel with Bullivant Houser Bailey, PC in Sacramento, California. She was one of the founders of Bullivant's California office in 1992, and is the founder of Bullivant's Nevada office (1994). She served as Shareholder-in-Charge of Bullivant's Sacramento office (2006-2008).
