Overview

Meagan Smith is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group, centering her practice in project finance. Meagan assists with transactions involving debt financing and tax equity investment for the development of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Meagan’s experience includes clerking for Justices Nene Amegatcher and Nii Ashie Kotey of the Supreme Court of Ghana (2020). Earlier in her career, she was a finance paralegal with Latham & Watkins LLP (2018–2019) in New York City, supporting project finance and banking groups.
